Once Maxon have secured your formal finance approval, we will track and monitor your loan offer documents to ensure you received them in a timely manner. Once received we encourage you to read through the documents thoroughly, seeking your own independent legal advice as required, before signing and returning in the reply paid envelopes provided by the financier.
Whilst your documents are pending certification with the financier, the team at Maxon will be busily finalising any authorities, insurances and government grants to ensure all funds are available for settlement. Throughout this process we maintain open communication with all parties. With all certifications and approvals held, Maxon will liaise with your settlement agent to finalise the settlement booking.
